The Raynor American Rivers Collection™ Limited Warranty

Raynor Garage Doors (Raynor) warrants the wooden door sections of the American Rivers Collection™ garage doors, and related hardware, against defects in material and workmanship, and against rot through due to normal weather damage, for the following terms:

All American Rivers warranty registrations must be completed within 90 days of the date you purchased your Raynor wood door(s). If you do not register your Raynor wood door(s) within 90 days of the purchase date, your product(s) are not warranted. Customers who purchase Raynor wood garage doors do not have an active warranty for their product until their purchase is registered by filing out a warranty card they can get from their Raynor Dealer, or submitting their purchase information online at www.raynor.com/homeowners/registration.cfm

DOOR SECTIONS
The door sections are warranted for six (6) years from date of delivery to original purchaser or, if the factory Environmental Borate Treatment option was elected, for seven (7) years from date of delivery to original purchaser.

HARDWARE
The hardware is warranted for one (1) year from date of delivery to original purchaser or, if the optional factory powdercoated treatment was elected, for two (2) years from date of delivery to the original purchaser.

This warranty is not transferable and applies only to single family residential installations, and only if the door was professionally installed by an authorized Raynor Dealer. This warranty is not applicable to doors installed in commercial, industrial, or any other non-residential installation. The warranty against rot through is applicable only if the door was handled, stored, and finished according to the "Care, Handling, Finishing and Installation Instructions" which accompanied the door. This warranty does not apply to any damage or deterioration caused by abuse, applied finishing material failure, or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.

If, within the term of this warranty, a door section or component part is found to be defective upon inspection by authorized Raynor personnel, Raynor will, at its option, repair or replace the defective section or component. Labor charges for installation shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Raynor shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.

ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
